As people age, and families move away, it is very easy to feel isolated. Let us help provide a quality of living that everyone deserves. We can accompany you or your loved one to church, the library or shopping. A nice day in the park or a friendly game of checkers can be the best medicine.

About
Sandra Brumfield
Sandy has been an Intensive Care Unit nurse for over 24 years. She has vast experience in trauma, oncology, intensive care, medical and surgical emergencies, burns, cardiac care, and transplants.
Her father, who lives in Canada, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. It was a challenge to help him function in his own home. With professional knowledge and personal insight, Sandy wants to focus on the special needs of others who wish to live at home, too. If you are looking for a personal care provider or a visiting nurse, she would love to help you.
Sandy has lived in Georgia for ten plus years.
Embracing Hearts At Home currently serves Gwinnett, Fulton, Hall, DeKalb, Jackson, and Forsyth Counties in Georgia.
